[edit] The TeleWiki

The goal of TeleWiki is to provide comprehensive informational, support, installation, programming, and product documentation for phone systems, business phones and general business telephone equipment. In particular we aim to accumulate product literature, reference information, and identify strong third party resources for equipment by prominent manufacturers such as Nortel, Avaya and Cisco. Telewiki is sponsored and hosted by Business Phones Direct, but all contributions (currently 153) are public domain and freely available for reference or reuse.

[edit] What is a Wiki?

A wiki is an online resource that allows collaborate documentation. Users can browse content, but can also add, edit, or remove content as appropriate. TeleWiki (or any other Wiki) enables you - the end user - to act as moderator and editor in order to add or improve content.

Anyone can browse TeleWiki for articles or resources specific to a piece of equipment or task at hand, but the more adventurous can clean up articles, rectify errors, ask for clarification, or otherwise improve the wiki for future users. If you want to contribute but are unfamiliar with editing a wiki please consult the users guide for information on creating and editing TeleWiki.

That said there are a number of good resources for telecommunications. Here are some of our favorites:
